Refund Policy

At SHEAVA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be confident in every skincare purchase you make with us. Because our products are personal care and beauty items, we maintain specific guidelines to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we ship. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sheavabeauty.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether a refund or replacement has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our part. SHEAVA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. While we will do our best to assist, SHEAVA cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We take great pride in our products and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. If you experience a reaction or sensitivity to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. Our team will review your concern and offer personalized guidance or possible solutions.
