All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost.

SHEAVA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided, and it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment.

Please ensure that all shipping information, including your address and contact details, are entered correctly at checkout. SHEAVA is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@sheavabeauty.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best solution. While we strive to assist in all cases, SHEAVA cannot guarantee reimbursement for items lost or damaged by the carrier.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working toward expanding our shipping options to reach more customers worldwide. Updates will be posted on our website when international shipping becomes available.
